    Missão


    Assegurar o planeamento, coordenação e controlo eficaz e eficiente dos processos de produção no Grupo Casais, garantindo a satisfação do cliente interno / externo pelo cumprimento dos prazos, legislação vigente, padrões de qualidade e segurança e ao menor custo possível, através de adequada alocação dos recursos financeiros, humanos, técnicos e materiais. E agindo consoante a ética do Grupo e os valores Casais.

    Principais Responsabilidades

    • Planear e coordenar as atividades da obra, acompanhando a sua execução, analisando os custos e proveitos, assim como os desvios existentes, implementando as necessárias ações corretivas, de forma a assegurar a qualidade de execução em linha com as especificações técnicas definidas;
    • Proceder a articulação com as áreas de suporte às operações, nomeadamente no que concerne ao levantamento de necessidades de recursos físicos (equipamentos e materiais), bem como recursos humanos;
    • Proceder à articulação permanente com o Dono de Obra, relativamente ao cumprimento do contrato, sugerindo e negociando, eventuais alterações ao projeto e/ou ao plano de trabalhos e aos processos de execução definidos;
    • Responder a solicitações de entidades externas, nomeadamente entidades regulatórias, inspeções, auditorias externas, entre outros, fornecendo todo o acompanhamento e levantamento de informação necessários;
    • Liderar periodicamente reuniões com a equipa da obra e subempreiteiros para avaliar o estado da obra e definir ações preventivas ou corretivas;
    • Proceder ao desenvolvimento de reportings referentes ao desempenho financeiro e operacional da obra;
    • Com base nas políticas estabelecidas pela empresa e nas exigências legais e contratuais, definir, implementar e acompanhar os planos de obra e inspecionar os processos nas vertentes da Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança.

    Requisitos

    • Tempo Experiencia (em anos): 5 a 7 anos
    • Tempo Experiencia em Gestão (em anos): 1 a 3 anos
    • Inglês - Intermédio

    Educação

    • Nível 6 - Ensino superior (Licenciatura) Engenharia, ou similar;
