2021- I work at SONILS BASE for SONIMECH (AZULE ENERGY
a BP and ENI actual Company) as Senior Material Coordinator,
dispatching material from Block 31 and Block 18,
 Material Coordinator receive the demand for material to be pick
via MCFs, BAG & TAG or Project, create all OBDs in SAP make
all issue for the warehouse team for pick up and labeling.
 Storage team print all OBDs from SAP and collect material from
all storage locations designed.
CURRICULUM VITAE

 Prepare all material in the staging area and update in SAP the
new location, prepare all paper related to the material to be
shipped & load at CCUs all picked material.
 Submit all DNs in wels CCU complete checklist & hand to
logistic by 12 noon 48 hrs before sailing.
 Prepare cargo draft manifest and submit to the lifting team for
lifting inspection they will issue Concluding certs.
 Close cargo manifest & submit to customs.
 2020-2021-I worked at SONILS BASE for SONIMECH (BP) as an
Inventory Specialist from the segregation of the material by his
specific order and ordering in the system and physical.
 2019-2020-I worked for OCEANEERING in MALONGO
(CHEVRON Camp in Cabinda) as NDT Technician doing
inspection of pipe lines, tank, vessels with the UT machine,
hydroform, RMS, Tofd report every IT to the inspector after
completion of the work.
• Assist in the verification of welds through non-destructive tests
using the techniques of ultrasound, radiography, magnetic
particles, penetrating liquid, Eddy current and other techniques
according to the specifics of the site and the requirements of the
client.
 2014-2019- MALONGO CAMP ( CABINDA CHEVRON FIELD )
I worked in Central Receiving as Receiving supervisor for
Cabship distributing, guiding and executing the receipt of the material
from accessing the system to confirm the purchase order, receiving
and forwarding to quality inspection and storage, maintaining the
control of de area flooring, specifying the volume, entries and referrals
for process control, ensuring the safety of the operation , training the
subordinate , participating in the personnel movement process
(selection, transfer, promotion and dismissals) and taking care of
order, cleanliness and discipline in the area, Supervising the work of
an assistant receipt and other task related to the position.
 I worked as Analyst of UOS&D (Unsatisfactory Overage Short &
Damaged on the UOS&D we verified the Quotation and engage
customer to validate the integrity of Materials & Data if it’s suitable
or not for their operation to avoid receive the wrong material.
We worked with Inventory integrity team to update Description of
materials into the Chevron System.
Report to Freight Forwarder any discrepancy, Damage, wrong, short
& overage quantity and Nonconformance (Missing Certificate &
MSDS).

we have wrong and incomplete material I am responsible for
preventing the material from going wrong in the store thus working
with the Integrity team and the end user with the chevron software
which is the E1 and JDE Expediting and the Integrity tool which is the
TQ (technical query), the buyer who are responsible for contacting our
suppliers and vendors.
 I worked as Analyst of MIT (Material In Transit) all materials that
out Europe and America we control the shipment until its arrive
to Angola and received we notify the owner to collect their (End
User). i worked to resolve Purchase Orders in transit for over 5
days at warehouses. Updating Purchase Orders shipment
information into the JDE expediting tool.
 I worked in Central Receiving as checker
 Kick and accounting the new Cabgoc purchase orders
 Reconcile the Purchase orders against the shipping packing list
 Double check if the materials require any QA/QC document such
as Dangers Good, Certificate, PMI, MSDS or Preservation if required.
 Report any Discrepancy
 I worked as Data Enter (issuing PO’s, customer attending and
despatcher offshore.)
 Operation support onshore and offshore, Working with Panalpina
and end user.
Processing and closing PO’s in E1 and JDE ENTERPRISE system,
giving support to Receiving Supervisor and advisors position
working too in SASBU Material Receipt Confirmation Form (MRCF)
I worked with chicala build closing the intangible and non-intangible
Item’s.
 Use of MS office (Outlook, excel, Word, PowerPoint ) Enterprise
One (E1) , SAP, Ariba, e-Procurement , Panalpina Intrac System ,
Digital files , TQ (technical query), Panalpina Share point & SAR.
 2013-2014- I worked at Agua Tchiowa as a laboratory technician
in the physiological and bacteriological areas, thus analyzing
mineral water before the final consumer, thus using calcium
hypochlorite to reduce the level of pH and some bacterial
microbes and fungi.
