    ACTIVITIES

    • To have a perfect knowledge of all IMCA code of practice for Diving and ROV
    • To be informed of the appropriate Company / Project Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's/PPS's), international norms and standards, taking knowledge from them to application to the Project.
    • To supervise and control the offshore activities performed by SURF Contractor from the Diving Construction Vessel, ensure the fully compliancy of the offshore operations with: -Agreed procedures and installation analysis. -Project specifications. -TotalEnergies' General Specifications. -Discipline requirements and international norms and standards, following IMCA code of proactice -The required level of Quality and Safety. Raise consequently necessary comments, highlight unsafe work and ensure that any deviation to an agreed procedure will be covered by the agreed Management Of Change (MOC) process.
    • To ensure that the daily activities performed by the vessel are following the planned schedule.
    • To ensure adequate and timely reporting to the RSES-D by daily report (progress, concerns), and, as a general manner, anticipates problems, optimizes, improves, offers solutions with regards to offshore operation associated with other vessels.
    • To ensure onboard the vessel that relevant traceability tables are in place (for Rigging, tools...).
    • To be responsible for communication between CPY and CTR team onboard the Diving Construction Vessel.
    • To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced (whatever its support).

      Accountabilities

      The Service holder is responsible, onboard the Diving Construction vessel, to ensure that COMPANY HSE standards are applied throughout the operations and participates to hazard assessments for any activity involving the vessel. He is the COMPANY's focal point during the night in case of an emergency onboard the vessel and ensures the RSES-D is informed as quick as possible in case of the Emergency to initiated the emergency Response Plan procedures. (Including Hyperbaric Response Plan procedures) The Service holder is SURF Contractor's focal point of contact during the night activities onboard the Diving Construction Vessel.

      The Service holder shall:

      • Review and control the IMCA DESIGN audit preform by CTR third party, and ensure that diving equipment have been satisfactorily audited in support of the RSES-D.
      • Ensure that all divers have the relevant certificates and ensure that the level of supervision is in place.
      • Ensure that the contingency plans and emergency procedures are verified prior to commencing operations and the results documented.
      • Ensure that all dives are performed according to already accepted plans/manuals.
      • Be the COMPANY Diving Representative for dives during night.
      • Supervise that the agreed procedures are respected during the vessel mobilisation and all the offshore presence of the Diving Construction Vessel at B17/GIRASSOL Marine Restricted Area, mainly for the following activities performed onboard the vessel by SURF Contractor during the night: o Supply activities alongside or at close vicinity of the vessel. o Transfer of equipment onboard the vessel. o Deck operations. o Survey activities at Site. o Lifting, over boarding, lowering and landing of light subsea structures. o Subsea ROV works.
      • Ensure that any modification of the agreed procedure is covered by the Management Of Change agreed process;
      • Raise Down Graded Situation (DGS) if required.
      • Communicate with onshore support to: o Plan the coming operations if deviation not planed during the day. o Review MOC as required and comments for the RSES-D
      • Communicate, in accordance with the defined project procedures, with COMPANY Representative acting onboard other vessel(s) working at Site in case of co-activities or SIMOPS activities.
      • Communicate, in accordance with the defined project procedures, with FPSO RSES for all the SIMOPS activities.
      • Daily report activities on the vessel reporting in follow up of the RSES-D reporting.
      • Responsible for Fiche de liaison review and share with the RSES-D before submissions to the FPSO RSES

        The Service holder will lead the COMPANY supervision team onboard the vessel during the night

        Qualifications/Experience required Professional Experience (years): minimum 10 years of experience in offshore diving industry

        Experience in similar position (years): more than 5 years of experience with project supervision in relation with SURF Offshore Diving activities. Participation to a recent Saturation Diving project is expected. IMCA CPD up to date.

        Level / Diploma: IMCA Saturation Dive supervisor or Saturation diver with experience / Option possible for IMCA air diving supervisor with Saturation diving experience mandatory

        Duration: 5 MONTHS
