- Will support the Ledger Controller to make sure following Financial processes are optimized, and provide accurate and on time information.
- AR (including follow up on collection), AP, Cash
- Costing & inventory
- General accounting
- Will support the Ledger Controller for preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly financials that meet the NOV reporting requirements in terms of quality of accounting, deadline and documentation of controls.
- Will support the Ledger Controller for preparation of statutory financials that meet the statutory requirements in terms of local accounting principle and deadlines.
- Will support the Ledger Controller in managing the relationship with internal auditors and statutory auditors.
- Will support the Ledger Controller in identifying the key internal controls through analysis of business processes that may impact the Financials, and make sure such controls are effective and documented
- Will support the Ledger Controller in preparing and updating key indicators, and in reporting on effectiveness of processes
- Will support the Ledger Controller in providing Operations with all financial information and analysis to support management decisions.
- Will support the Ledger Controller in partnering with Operations to highlights and analyze the key financial indicators QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor's in accounting / Similar qualification
- 3 Years minimum work experience
- Understanding of accounting theory
- Highly detail orientated and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft applications (proven ADVANCED Excel skills)
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
