    Minimum Requirements:
    • 10+ years's experience in management of offshore diving and be a qualified IMCA Bell Diving/Air Supervisor familiar with:
    • Compliance with Health & Safety issues
    • Compliance with Local & International guidelines and regulations
    • The Principles of Risk Management Process
    • The Principles of Management of Change procedures
    • Incident Investigation and Reporting requirements
    • Comprehensive knowledge of ROV operation.
    • Dynamic positioning and position referencing systems.
    • A strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) Process and LOTO procedures
    • Lessons learned and recommendation for improvements
    • Diving System Assurance process and requirements
    • Monitoring competence within the team
    • Offshore Survival Certificates
    • BOSIET Certificate
    • First aid Certificate
    • Oil and Gas Offshore approved medical fitness
    • ADCI Saturation Diving certificate (ok, if not current)
    Key Job Responsibilities:
    • Support management of diving operations
    • Ensure diving standards and compliance with corporate Safe Work standards (MSW).
    • Support revision of the corporate MSW diving standard as required.
    • Support Audits of diving vessels, equipment and certifications and ensure action items are closed out.
    • Ensure compliance with IMCA Diving documents and IOGP 411
    • Support diving advisor in developing diving safe work practices.
    • Review diving operation plans (DOP) as developed by diving advisor.
    • Review, facilitate and participate in Level 1 HAZID / Risk Assessment:
    • Review contractors SUMS drawings for each project.
    • Support diving advisor in developing the Safety Management Plan (Excel template)
    • Review the contractors Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
    • Participate and in some cases lead incident investigations and RCAs.
    • Interface with SASBU MSRE on any issues of vessel marine assurance or compliance
