- Market Analysis and Sizing: Conduct comprehensive research to identify and evaluate the market size for our products and services. This includes analyzing market trends, customer segments, and potential areas of growth to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Special Studies and Reporting: Lead the preparation and presentation of detailed reports and special studies on sales performance, market trends, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with Head Office (HO) and Regional Office (RO) Marketing teams to provide actionable insights by vertical markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Continuously monitor and benchmark our offerings (including freight, demurrage and detention charges, and local charges) against competitors. Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations based on competitive analysis to ensure our services remain competitive and aligned with market expectations.
- Promotion of Group Services and Non-Maritime Products: Actively promote the full suite of CMA CGM Group Support Services and Non-Maritime products, including e-commerce solutions, Value-Added Services (VAS), intermodal offerings, and CEVA Logistics. Engage with customers and stakeholders to highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of these services, driving increased adoption and revenue growth.
- 5 years of higher education (Bac+5) in a business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon...) or major university, you have a perfect command of Portuguese and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptability and a desire to develop and successfully complete projects are essential for this mission.
- Previous experience in Africa would be an additional asset to fully succeed in this mission, which represents a springboard for a career within our Group.

THE ROLE
You are positioned as a Business Developer, in Luanda within our local CMA CGM Angola structure.
As part of a market-leading structure, and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Group's development in a number of activities, both sea and inland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer, local sales teams and relevant head office departments, you will participate in the development of the following activities:
