- 15+ years' experience in the oil gas industry with ROVs, divers, intervention operations, subsea equipment, vessels, and surveying.
- Manage offshore vessel operations and execute task plans on behalf of Operator.
- Issue daily reports on vessel activity and operations.
- Able to lead and execute offshore task plans as per schedule and budget.
- 10 or more years' experience with DP-2 vessels, SIMOPs operations, and ROVs.
- Familiar with subsea positioning systems such as USBL and LBL.
- Manage electronic video recording systems and data drives.
- Manage all crew changes between facilities.
- Write and apply for all work permits for operations.
- Perform routine audits and safety inspections on service companies onshore and offshore as needed.
- Actively lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and hazard reviews.
- Coordinate equipment logistics to and from vessel on a daily basis.
- Oversee service companies (other Contractors) daily activities and sign daily time sheets.
- Ensure compliance with respective contracts.
