- Reconcile receipt of all goods and materials and process documentation according to procedure
- Receiving of all inbound product as per procedure
- Resolve all documentation / delivery queries / concerns daily
- Co-ordinating with Sonils the loading of goods and materials
- Report any queries to management before goods leave the warehouse
- Support all internal departments with issuing of stock / non-stock items as per operational requirements.
- Ensure that all packaging and related materials are of an appropriate standard - refer to NOV specifications & standards
- Processing of all requisitions required for warehouse inventory stock levels to support relevant departments within NOV
- Conduct Cycle count and stock counts as per schedule and procedure
- Processing Pick and Pack lists of Sales Orders and Transfer Orders
- Ensure that all Inventory Stock levels are up to date and Expired products are red tagged
- Ensure that all Inventory is stored correctly and preservation done when required as per relevant location.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: - Stores and Inventory Management Qualification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar functions.
- Portuguese fluent; Fluent English.
- Experience within the Oil & Gas industry beneficial.
- Highly detail orientated and organized in work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
