    Responsibilities


    Weatherford have upcoming opportunities for experienced DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) Coordinators to join our teams across Norway, Romania, Angola, Azerbaijan and the UK.

    As part of the Assets & Inventory Team, and will be responsible for executing Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), process to manage the replenishment of inventory for multiple warehouse/plant locations.

    DRP utilize the SKU (stock keeping unit) product by location, demand forecasts and customer orders to generate the SKU replenishment plan.

    This role will control the physical distribution of the right finished product to the right location at the right time and in the right quantity to meet the stated customer service levels while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute Replenishment Plan at warehouse/plant locations ensuring timely delivery of purchased inventory.
    • Effectively implement and use JD Edwards DRP messages and ensure full usage by Supply chain and product line.
    • Balance supply with demand on replenishment inventory orders.
    • Analyze demand during lead time, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and warehouse/plant locations.
    • Maintain the SKU inventory levels, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory
    (SKU:

    Stock Keeping Unit).


    • Plan and track inventory and work with regional and local personnel to manage on hand inventory levels as appropriate.
    • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams working on inventory related issues.
    • Maintain and coordinate the relationship between Product line, procurement and A&I team as well as ensuring integration with other Supply Chain processes.
    • Review and act upon plan exception messages (rescheduling open orders as feasible and coordinating with cross functional team to manage demand when supply is not adequate) from the daily re-planning of resources.
    • Maintain master data integrity to ensure system accuracy
    • Execute the timely release of stock transfers and redeployment of inventory.
    • Monitor, analyze and propose corrective action.
    • Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with warehouse/plant locations, marketing/product manager, sales reps and demand planner to validate the demand forecast for each SKU.
    • Communicate production/Supplier delivery issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to cross functional stakeholders.
    • Track order performance and address any delays.
    Qualifications


    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Business Management, or related experience is required (Note: Other disciplines would be considered with demonstrated successful Supply Chain experience).
    • 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing, customer service, production planning role, JD Edwards competency role or equivalent.
    • Proficiency with JD Edwards or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
    • Strong communication skills, inclusive of verbal, written and presentations.
    • Ability to conduct root cause problem solving and prioritization
    • Experience working on cross-functional teams and interaction with contacts in different regions.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with associates at all levels.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques.
    • Advanced Excel skills (big data analysis, pivot table, VLOOKUP and etc).

    Preferred:

    • Planning and Master Scheduling experience.
    • Inventory/Forecasting experience.
    • Power BI experience.
    • Oil/gas experience.
