Key responsibilities include:
-Strategically manage HR in line with the company objectives and future developments,
-Work alongside the Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employee talent,
-Nurture a positive working environment,
-Oversee the operational running of the HR department,
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics,
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Profil recherché
Graduated from a reputable university, you have a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience at HR Management level in Angola. Ideally, you are familiar with the industry (O&G, Cement, Construction, etc...).
Fluency in English is a must-have.
Travelling will be required for the role.
