About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Site Representative to work in our facilities located in Luanda, Angola.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Promote a safety culture within the project and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee the compliance of safe and ethic working practices within the activities managed or interfaced.
• Risk Management: Assess and identify risks for the Construction's activities and manage associated mitigation actions.
• Project Coordination: Monitor Contractor and direct Subcontractor' man hours spent on construction activities and establish a man hours per equipment trend.
• Quality Control: Challenge Contractor and suppliers on overall quality control performance and inspection activities.
• Documentation Management: Ensure the correct Handover, preparation of equipment for transportation or offshore deployment, and preparation of all necessary documentation.
• Reporting: Report to the Flowline Package Lead, highlighting work progress, forecast, quality issues, HSE issues, and concerns encountered during the performance of duties.

Requirements

• Master's Degree: In engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Language Skills: Fluent English; Portuguese and French would be a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good intercultural skills with the ability to understand and work with Contractors and personnel from different countries.
