    Activities

    • To promote safety culture within the Covid management entity and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing.
    • To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.
    • To ensure that state of the art, referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
    • To work by anticipation.
    • With the spirit to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Entity.
    • To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the entity mission. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives.
    • To keep Covid Cell Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Method, Quality and Services Support Manager about planning related actions/decisions.
    To insure a good planning coordination within entities by:

    a.

    Updating Covid Cell planning of permanent personnel mobilization Offshore for SI and Quarantine entry based on Site Roster planning assist the head of SI and Quarantine entities of the Covid Cell and ensure that good information is communicated within.

    b. Attending planning meeting in monthly basis (1 per month) and anticipate POB needs for SI and Quarantine

    c. Attending sites 4MLA meeting and communicating Covid Cell plan during next 4 months (1 per month).

    d. Attending tosites Full Field Shut Down meetings and providing required information for Shutdown (1 per month).

    e.

    Providing detailed POB of all activities which are planned to be done on and inputting them in the software in use for POB management (Primavera or the like).

    f.

    In case of changes in Self-Isolation or Quarantine duration or POB limitations in the hotels rented for the isolation purposes, communicate with sites smart room to find a solution to address the changes.

    g.

    Update sites smart room about readiness of Self-Isolation and Quarantine planned in next 2 weeks (including swab, PCR and Quick test activities; rooms availability in hotels, etc).

    h. Attending to FSV 5WLA meeting and communicating Covid Cell workload during next 5 weeks (1 per week).

    j. Attending to FSV 4MLA meeting, following up and communicating Covid Cell activities in next 4months (1 per month).


    • To assist the MIR Administrator and Report Lead in the digital platform data entry for roster planning management and keep database updated as required.
    • To assist the Method, Quality and Services Support Manager in the progress and offshore mobilization plan histogram issuance and the monthly update.
    • To assist the Method, Quality and Services Support Manager in the projects' monthly 3 months look-ahead issuance.
    • To attend to Covid Cell weekly meetings and warn any coming deviations.

    Accountabilities

    Designee nominated by contractor is accountable to:

    • Organize his job in full respect and within the limit of defined and approved planning & budgets.
    • Have good relationships with other entities and individuals internal of Covid Cell.
    • Have good relationships with other entities such as, DB17 and DB32 FO entities; DT/LOG and DT/EPT representatives.
    • Ensure a transversal way of working, in a good team spirit.

    Qualifications/Experience required

    • Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent.
    • Organization, rigor, communication skills, team spirit, constant availability to team members, international experience.

    Professional Experience: 10 years.


    • Experience of planning: 5 years.
    • Experience within project control: 5 years.
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English - speaking mandatory. French optional.
    • Familiar with PRIMAVERA P6 and usual office tools (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and PROJECT).
    • Good communication and team working spirit is essential.
