    • To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour regarding Company "Code of Conduct" and HSE rules and regulations. To implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and to comply with HSE training requirements for the position. 2. To be informed of the appropriate Company / Project Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's/PPS's), international norms and standards, taking knowledge from them to application to the Project. 3.
    To assist in supervising and controlling the offshore activities performed by SURF Contractor from the Multi-Purpose Vessel, ensure the fully compliancy of the offshore operations with:

    • Agreed procedures and installation analysis.
    -Project specifications. -TotalEnergies' General Specifications. -Discipline requirements and international norms and standards. -The required level of Quality and Safety. Raise consequently necessary comments, highlight unsafe work and ensure that any deviation to an agreed procedure will be covered by the agreed Management Of Change (MOC) process. 4. To ensure that the daily activities performed by the vessel are in compliance with the planned schedule. 5. To ensure adequate and timely reporting to the SURF Offshore company site representative onboard the Multi-Purpose Vessel (progress, concerns), and, as a general manner, anticipates problems, optimizes, improves, proposes solutions with regards to offshore operation associated to the other vessels / units involved. 6. To give support to SURF Offshore company site representative onboard the Multi-Purpose Vessel for the anticipation of the need for SPS Contractor personnel and MWS onboard the vessel. 7. To ensure the interfaces between MWS and SURF Contractor onboard the vessel during night shift. 8. In relation with SURF Offshore company site representative onboard the Multi-Purpose Vessel to ensure that relevant certificates/check lists are ready and when relevant signed by COMPANY and MWS in due time (Ready for installation certificates, ICAPS sheets, pre-over boarding sheets). 9. To ensure onboard the vessel that relevant traceability tables are in place (for Rigging, SPS tools) 10. To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced / information received (whatever its support). 11. To assist SURF Offshore company site representative for the COMPANY team management onboard the vessel. (mainly during night shift activities)

    Accountabilities


    The Service holder is assisting the Offshore Company Site Representative onboard Multi-Purpose Vessel to ensure that COMPANY HSE standards are applied throughout the operations and participates to hazard assessments for any activity involving the vessel.

    He is also assisting the Offshore Company Site Representative in case of an emergency onboard the vessel to ensure proper implementation of the Emergency Response Plan procedures.

    The Service holder shall report to Offshore Company Site Representative onboard the Multi-Purpose Vessel and is the contact point for SURF contractor during night shift.

    In coordination with and as instructed by the Offshore Company Site Representative, the Service holder shall assist in:


    • Monitoring that the agreed procedures are implemented during mobilisation(s) and transit(s) and all the offshore presence of the Multi-Purpose Vessel at GIRASSOL field, mainly for the following activities performed from the vessel by SURF Contractor: o Supply / Barge activities alongside or at close vicinity of the vessel. o Transfer of equipment onboard the vessel. o Deck operations. o Umbilical Laying activities. o Lifting, over boarding, lowering and landing of subsea spools. o Subsea Pre-commissioning Works o Subsea ROV works.
    • Ensuring that any modification of the agreed procedure is covered by the Management Of Change agreed process.
    • Ensuring that satisfactory preparation level has been achieved and each specific Ready For Installation certificate is in place.
    • Communicating, in accordance with the defined project procedures, with relevant COMPANY personnel acting onboard other vessel(s) working at Site in case of co-activities or SIMOPS activities.
    • Communicating, in accordance with the defined project procedures, with GIRASSOL FPSO RSES for all the SIMOPS activities at the vicinity of the existing subsea assets.
    • Ensuring, when relevant, the interface onboard the vessel between MWS representative and SURF Contractor and ensuring, in accordance with MWS agreed scope, that relevant MWS certificate has been issued.
    Context and Environment

    PBF is the brownfield project division of TotalEnergies E&P Angola and benefits of a matrix organization. It's managing projects from FEED/Basic Engineering to Startup/ hand-over to Block Field Operation teams. The nature of the brownfield projects, i.e.

    most of the execution activities offshore are executed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs (Girassol, Dalia, Pazflor, CLOV on Block 17 and Kaombo Norte and Sul on Block 32) and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges of the projects (co-activities with other projects and maintenance activities, minimization of production shortfalls...).

    PBF is managing EPCI contracts with major international Contractors but also local players including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore construction and Installation (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors).

    Qualifications/Experience required


    Professional Experience (years): minimum 10 years of experience Experience in similar position (years): more than 5 years of experience with project supervision in relation with SURF Umbilical Laying and Spools Installation Offshore activities.

    Participation to a recent deep-water project is expected.
