• 15+ years' experience in the oil gas industry and be knowledgeable in working with offshore platforms, subsea assets, drilling and completions operations, rigs, vessels, divers, ROVs.

• Manage operations and associated projects that occur within the subsea projects and well intervention group.
• Manage FEED and design alternative generation, development of preferred alternative and detailed engineering.
• Manage projects, including creating integrated project schedules, creating and managing action lists, managing project contractors, and enforcing contract terms.
• Develop projects plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress. Must have a proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget and managing project team activities.
• Prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, organize or schedule people and develop realistic action plans.
• Draft and review scope of work, technical requirements, and deliverables for projects.
• Generate creative solutions, translate concepts and information into images, use feedback to modify designs, apply design principles, demonstrate attention to detail.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyse information skilfully to develop alternative solutions, work well in group problem solving situations, use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to take data sets from experimental and actual experiences to make decisions. Use such data to show statistical coordination.
• Use MS Explorer Internet software, MS Project Management software, MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software, MS PowerPoint.
• Additional engineering Specific software MathCAD, AutoCAD and Solidworks.
• Ability to work offshore and travel to different locations in Angola.
• Mentor and support training and development of Angolan Nationals within the team.
