Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
Certified Accountant by the Board of Accountants
4 years' experience in financial management
2 years in a senior managerial role
Expertise in Angolan Tax Legislation

Computer literacy:
Intermediate level - Excel advanced
Willingness to travel within and outside Angola
Excellent English communication
Must be an Angolan Citizen
