Description (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Preventive and curative maintenance of all fire and gas system, including tests, calibrations and Repairs as:  smock detectors(RDOS), heat detectors(RDHR), gas sensors (GDB, GDC, GDIR, iv/uv sensors); fire sensors (RDIR);  loop fuse system.
  • Preparation and test of all instrumentation equipmentsbefore startingan Package as:

( Turbine«GE» LM 2500; capacity:27,5 Mva)

(G a s   Compressor «Solar»Titan 130)

(Fire Water Pump«Framo»)

  • Preventive and curative maintenance of all transmitters as level, pressure, temperature (RTD`s, thermocouples, Thermostats), flow and online flow meters (Vortex, Coriolis, Electromagnetic,Ultrasom)   including tests, calibrations and repairs.  Preventive and curative maintenance of valves as: Control valves(Flow Service,Masonela)  and On/Off Valves(Rotork), calibrations strokes and repairs. (ESDV, SDV, ROV BDV, FV, HV) Pneumatics systems and panel.

 

  • Proving on Metering Skid during Offloading Operation.
