1-MATERIALS MANAGEMENT & LOGISTICS 

I worked for Texaco as Sub-contract under Servirmar as Offshore Material Logistics Coordinator Using SAP as Materials Inventory Control Lombo East Platform in Block 2.

My duties included Materials Management planning & controlling, communicating with Maintenance team in Materials prospective and requirement for future routine PMR and non-Routine PMR Scopes Materials & liaising with Logistics team sea & air for Materials and personal Movement to and from.

2-WAREHOUSE MATERIALS COORDINATOR 

June 2011 to July 2014 within same Organization I Joined Onshore Sonils Warehousing and Logistics Base for Materials Management team where and Controlled Coordinated the load and dispatch of Materials to and from offshore this also included Stock replenishment and Cycle account accuracy in align with Material buyer providing information and technical data for new material master creation item codes): Part numbers, detail description, model/serial number, data sheets, where used, etc. Forward the information to onshore MC to create a load out Manifest for loose item and bulk that are to be loaded onto the vessel also in charge supplier’s delivery from and to offshore

3-Offshore Materials and Logistics Supervisor

1. Supports managing and maintaining a sufficient offshore and onshore inventory of spares and consumables required for day-to-day FPSO operations.

2. Initiates and manages Materials Call Forward (MCF) process (Sonils to FPSO material transfers).

3. Oversees and executes Maximo / SAP transactions (issues, transfers, returns, etc.)

4. Assist with offshore cycle count activity, research discrepancies, and assist with inventory reconciliation.

5. Oversees and executes equipment / materials backload related activities offshore (packaging, Consignment Notes preparation, Manifesting, vessel loading, etc.).

6. Oversees management and handling of Hazardous Material offshore incl. MSDS management, storage, packaging, shipping and receiving.

7. Oversees and assist with managing Waste Management related activities (skips, documentation, and backloads).

8. Liaises with onshore Materials Coordinators and Sonils warehouse team on the ‘Bagging and Tagging’ process execution.

9. Interface with Lead Techs, Offshore Planners, OTL’s, and others to assist with identifying material needs going forward.

10. Assist Technicians and others in searching the system catalogue for suitable materials (BOM research).

11. Act as point of contact to gather material information and technical data for new material master creation (Maximo item codes): Part numbers, detail description, model/serial number, data sheets, where used, etc. Forward the information to onshore MC for action.

12. Assist in tracking offshore receipt discrepancies and coordinate with onshore to support stakeholders (KPI’s).

13. Assure security of the “closed” warehouse areas offshore.

14. Assists in establishing and maintaining “Bench stock” (‘free issue) areas around FPSO and ensure sufficient stock.

15. Facilitate the relocation of ‘slow moving’ inventory to Sonils (the re-warehousing project).

16. Manage offshore Stock Returns and Disposal process (physically, transactions carried out onshore by IM team).

17. Act as offshore point of contact for the Onshore MM Planners and Materials Coordinators related to onshore planned WO materials priorities and provide updates to the Line.

18. Assist MTLs and Offshore Planners with any other materials related matters as dictated by daily activity plans
